My game is about having to hide the fact that your queer while in a Christian school. I still feel very angry and frustrated that my whole experience growing up was spent having hide, so I wanted to make a game based on it since I still have strong feelings about it.
I had a very difficult time programming certain subtle things. I couldn't get sound to properly work for the player for some reason, so there's no indication of when you get caught. Programming the enemies was easier than I expected, and the simple programming offered a lot of level design options.
